New Site is Launched!

Well.... We finally did it. We've launched the new site http://www.fixerlistng.com/
It has a whole new design, new administrative features. Agents can now add the lot size and ARV (After Repair Value) to their listings and they can also track how many times their listing has been viewed.

We added a "Hot Deals" section to display featured properties and we are currently working on a new feature to get you a pre-qualification for properties you're interested in.

There is more but I've got to run and make some calls. I'll try to post more tomorrow. In the mean time take a look at the new site and let me know what you think.

Updating the site is almost complete...

Based on a lot of your feedback and suggestions we've been working hard updating the site and adding a lot of cool new features.

FixerListing.com will soon have an entirely new look, but don't worry you will still be able to post your fixer upper properties and search for homes that need some work. We are keeping some of the new features a surprise but we will let you know soon enough!

I can't wait to have it finished and i think you will all enjoy it.
